How is your Balance?
If you are like most people, you probably think your balance is pretty good. Have you tested it? Often times we find that people struggle with balance more than they realize.
Try standing on one foot without holding on to anything. Can you make it for 30 seconds on each leg without falling? Here is another test. Try heel to toe walking. Can you do this without struggling?
